2019 Pino Gris

Minerally, peach pit nose with a light floral note; medium-bodied, dry, richly extracted white peach flavor. 

Our Pinot Gris was created only by demanding the ripest fruit from our sustainable grower in order to gain the phenolic structure of white peaches that can be found only at Pinot Gris’ latest stage of ripening.
