2021 Cabernet Franc Rosé

A small batch creation, cold-soaked and slow-pressed the old-fashioned way of rosé making. The dry wine has notes of candied apple, yogurt-covered cranberries and confection candy floss. It was created using Canada's first import of Grand Cuvée Provençe yeast that hails from the Rhone Valley, France that is used specifically for Cabernet Franc Rosé.
