Created the ‘old-fashioned’ Aix-en-Provence way of trempage à froid (cold soaking) and presser lent (slow pressing) grapes, this multi-international award winner really illustrates our minerality through its intense nose, wine heft and complex, layered flavours of Pomegranate, candied cranberries, dragonfruit and crabapple jelly.
