Six years of picking dandelion flowers and an old recipe from the year 1560, stumbled upon at an antiques shop in London’s Kesington Market in 2007 to create a vintage of only 400 bottles. A delicate flower wine with notes of white grapefruit, lemon zest, white cranberry and saffron. We’re the only winery in North America to sell this commercially.
