Potter Settlement is recognized by The Grape Growers of Ontario as being the first winery in Canada to pioneer this grape that was created by Peter Hemstad and the University of Minnesota’s famous “Honeycrisp Apple” inventor’s team in 2012. We have the oldest vines in the country. Our Grand Cru Montrachet yeast imparts a slight smoky quality to this wine’s finish reminiscent of Crème brûée burnt crust, caramel, maple syrup and campfire marshmallow.
