Description
Our Burgundy, France gold medal winning recipe is actually our simplest. Pressed Chardonnay grapes into juice and fermented in steel tanks. That’s it. The only caveat is a yeast we used from Burgundy during the fermentation to elevate the lemon rind, Seville orange and Jasmine notes of this beauty!
